Men's Woodwork Club​

​A weekly free to attend relaxed woodwork club for men based in Bethnal Green.

All PPE and tools are provided. a range of ages and experiences. Lots of creative projects such as spoon carvings, record holders, book ends, tables, beds, decorative pyrogrpahy and even a Biltong drier.

Mixed Woodwork Club​​

We run A weekly free relaxed woodwork club for men and women based in Bethnal Green. 

All PPE and tools are provided. all levels welcome. Lots of creative projects such as planters, carvings, beds, chairs, record holders, book ends, tables, beds, decorative pyrogrpahy and even a shoe rack.

Social Prescribed Woodwork​​

We run a weekly, free to attend woodwork club in Bethnal Green specifically for people sent to us by the Social Prescriber at a local GP surgery.

Service users have been specifically signposted to us and are often going through very tough times.

We provide a regular space for members to come chat, hang out, drink tea and make stuff at their own pace. 

​

GROW

We worked together with urban farm education organisation GROW at The Totteridge Academy on their launch event providing free woodwork fun for attendees. we had lots of budding carvers of all ages.

Greenbelt Festival 2019​​

We were delighted to be invited to Greenbelt festival to run 2 days of woodwork.

We had birdboxes, spoon and decorative carving on offer. We were overwhelmed with how popular it was. People of all ages were making things in the sun and sharing skills.

Mint St Adventure Playground ​

We ran our first pilot project with 8 budding woodworkers from Mint St. Adventure Playground. We were lucky enough to be allowed to work from the Good Life Centre to introduce and teach woodwork to some young enthusiasts.

We made an iPad stand, birdbox and pencil holder.

This project was supported in kind by The Goodlife Centre

Limehouse Primary School​​

We've been working at Limehouse Primary school with a class of primary school children introducing them to woodwork skills, building birdboxes and planters for the school farm.
